- About Me:
- Tim Williams affectionately known as Rawbiz comes from the Midwestern city of Milwaukee Wisconsin by way of Texarkana Texas, and now resides in Houston Texas. Starting out as a drummer at the age of 5, Tim went on to learn several instruments throughout his lifetime, but once he began to play bass at the age of 12, drums & bass are what he became notorious for, mentored by great gospel bassist Andrew Gouche & starting a professional career at the young age of 12 as a gospel bassist, Tim has played on several national recordings, and performed with several national recording artists before he was even old enough to drive. Tim was also one of the youngest endorsing artists in the bass industry, signing deals with Dean Markley Strings & SWR Engineering & the age of 15, and MTD basses at the age of 17. Tim is still currently endorsing MTD & Dean Markley, and is now a proud endorser of Eden Electronics, and Moog. In recent years, He has become an alumni of Berklee College Of Music in Boston where he studied music synthesis, and music production. Throughout his life, he has performed,recorded and worked with Grammy nominated & premier world renoun recording artists such as Young Jeezy, Boyz II Men, Omarion, Keyshia Cole, Confunkshun, Angie Stone,Dave Hollister, Tank, Kim Burrell, J. Moss, Karen Clark Sheard, Ki-Ki Sheard, Dorinda Clark Cole, Byron Cage, Myron Butler & Levi, Dr. Bobby Jones, Darryl Coley & New Direction just to name a few in which he is still affiliated with a few of them. Only 26 years young, he is somewhat of a veteran, however he is just beginning to scratch the surface of his career. The best is yet to come.
